“厄尔尼效应”叫了不少年，咱也不懂这效应咋来的，来干嘛，只知道说开始暖冬了，上海冬天看不到雪了，虽然是感觉冬天好过多了，大街上常看到裙摆飘飘，可也有麻烦，夏天蚊子特别多。

这2-3年冬天好像又冷了，去年3月份居然还10度以下，当然去年夏天蚊子倒是少很多，惊蛰时节气温低，把虫子们憋着不敢抬头，憋死了。

今年冬天冷得持续，5度以下能持续2周，很少见了，往年有个1-2天后就爬升到10度左右了，今年下雪，还能从晚上下到白天，利害！往年最多晚上飘几片，到早上也最多留下一点痕迹表示下过雪了。不知道这样的现象是恢复常态了？节能减排出效果了？还是老天爷发威了？反正又看到雪了，难得。

La Nina (cold ocean temperature anomaly in the eastern tropical Pacific).
