I was curious about Benford's Law, so I played with a set of xiaozhan's productivity related numbers. I took the number of replies for the threads from the first two pages of 焦点话题.
Looking at the highest digits only, the appearance frequencies of digits 1 to 9 are tallied up.
There are 100 threads in the first two pages.
Benford's Law predicts:

1	30.1%
2	17.6%
3	12.5%
4	9.7%
5	7.9%
6	6.7%
7	5.8%
8	5.1%
9	4.6%

Here are our numbers:
1     31%
2     20%
3     14%
4      9%
5      4%
6      4%
7      4%
8      4%
9      3%

That's quite close for a small sample.
