元夜独语
今宵明月夜，徒照伶仃魂
客如潮涌灯如云
日月流光去，年华又一轮
笙管箫歌闹元春
两两三三阑珊火，影影绰绰鸳鸯人
我问韶华能几何，人说沧桑是乾坤。
under a bright moon i am desolate
in a sea of people and light
days go by, a new year in sight
with music and songs they celebrate
here and there a lantern shines
the shadows of couples i see
how many prime years are there for me
change is the eternal law of destiny
致语少年人，莫自对空门。
好花堪折须及春
风流在人间，情缘当自寻
相偕相伴渡迷津
柔情万种不需还，长棚千里终有尽
莫道天涯不相逢，相逢便是有缘人
may the young ones not hesitate
to gather rosebuds and find a mate
there's always someone nice to date
together a journey they navigate
don't seek reward for the love you pay
A feast will come to its ending day
