滨州：父亲节快乐!

Dear Dad,

            From the start, you’ve been looking after me. You carried me from my birth to today. So, as a small gift, I’m writing this letter to thank you for all those wonderful times we’ve had together. Right at my birth, you wanted to see me, so you jumped up and took a picture. Then, you took me to all sorts of places around the world. You let me go to Disneyland. I remember that I kept whining I wanted to go onto the train to see the dinosaurs, you could have said no, but you still let me go on it for the 4th time! We went to Hershey Park, Paris, China, and many more during my life. Mom, you, and I went to Italy. You didn’t come with us many times. We missed you when you were gone during the day, but we were always happy when you came back after work. You were there for me at my 10th birthday, we had so many great times together. And after all those years, we became not only not only father and son, but friends. We’ve had a big hug everyday since First Grade. At first, I thought it was awkward, but now, I take it as a chance to thank you, but this year’s Father’s Day, I want to thank you with my writing. Thank you Dad, for all those great years we’ve had together, and I truly hope we will continue making more. Thank you for all those great memories, and another great year as your friend, son, and family.
