八月风：从洛基山到洛基山---2013 加拿大洛基山旅行计划

摘要: 这是去年七月的旅行计划.我们全程开车,中间还有几天是露营.去的国家公园名称都在里面了,供大家参考.Day 1 (7/4/13, Thursday): 507 mile, 9 hr.Drive to Grand Teton National Park, WY (Grand Teton National Park) ...
这是去年七月的旅行计划.我们全程开车,中间还有几天是露营.去的国家公园名称都在里面了,供大家参考.

Day 1 (7/4/13, Thursday): 507 mile, 9 hr.
Drive to Grand Teton National Park, WY (Grand Teton National Park)
Fort Collins to Casper: I-25N, ~218 mi
Casper to Boysen State Park: US-20 bypass W/US-26 pass ~102 mi
WY-134, WY-133, then onto US-26 W: ~28 mi
US-26 W to Grand Teton National Park: ~80 mi

(choices of lodging: Signal Mountain Lodge; Togwotee Mountain Lodge;  Hatchet Resort; Jackson Lake Lodge; Colter Bay Village---tent cabins might be an interesting choice, link below; Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch---a little further away from Teton, but on the way to Yellowstone anyway)

Day 2 (7/5/13, Friday): 132 mile, 3hr
Grand Teton National Park to Yellowstone National Park, tour around Yellowstone
(choice of lodging: Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel & Cabins, at the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park)

Day 3 (7/6/13, Saturday): 422 mile, 7 hr
Yellowstone National Park North entrance (Gardiner, MT) to Glacier National Park (West Glacier, MT):
US89N: ~53 mi
I-90W/US 191S: ~235 mi (passing Missoula, shopping for supply if like)
MT-200 W/US-93N: ~59 mi (by pass Flathead Lake State Park)
MT-35W: ~45 mi
Montana Hwy 206 then US-2E: ~25 mi

(choice of lodging: Glacier Cabins, etc.) 855-684-3402

Day 4 (7/7/13, Sunday): ~ 100 miles within the park
Tour around Glacier National Park 

(choice of lodging: in Many Glacier area, Swiftcurrent Motor Inn & Cabins，or Rising Sun Motor Inn)

Day 5 (7/8/13, Monday): ~100 mile to the Wateron park, then some miles within the park
From Many Glacier area to Babb, then US89 N, then MT17 to pass the custom inside the park to go to the Canadian part of the Glacier National Park—Wateron Lakes National Park, tour around,

Day 6 (7/9/13, Tuesday): 264 km 3 hr
Drive from Wateron Lakes National Park to Calgary, Canada:
AB-5N, AB-6N, Ab-22N, AB-533E, AB-2N, ~254Km, 3~4 hours
Tour around Calgary, shopping for supplies, 

Day 7 (7/10/13, Wednesday): 235 km 3 hr
Drive from Calgary to Banff National Park, tour around Banff, drive to Kootenay National Park; Camping at Kootenay National Park,

Day 8 (7/11/13, Thursday): 199 km 3 hr

Back to Banff national park, tour through Yoho national park, camping at Lake Louise area

Day 9 (7/12/13, Friday): ~300 km 4 hr
Banff national park main highway going towards Jasper, Stay at Big Horn hotel (485 Gregg Avenue, T7V 1N1 Hinton )near Jasper town.

Day 10 (7/13/13, Saturday): ~150 km 2 hr
Jasper national park---Maligne canyon, medicine lake, maligne lake, then back out going towards Meitte hotsprings 

(either camping at Pocahontas camping or stay at motel at Meitte hotsprings)

Day 11 (7/14/13, Sunday): ~700 km, 9 hr
From Meitte hotsprings, through Jasper, through Mt Robson Provincial Park, Trans-Canadian Hwy 16, then Southern Yellowhead Hwy 5, to Kamloops, then get on Trans-Canadian Hwy 1 to Revelstroke………lodging at the town of Revelstroke……….

Revelstoke Gateway Inn

Day 12 (7/15/13, Monday): ~252 km, 3 hr
Mt. Revelstoke National Park and Glacier National Park…………lodging at Radium hot spring

From Radium to Coeur d’Alene, ID, then I-90W to Bozeman 

Day 14 (7/17/13, Wednesday): 640 mile, 9 hr
From Bozeman to Billings, then to Casper then back…………

你们这一大圈玩得真够过瘾的。
我们是玩得很尽兴。而且除了我们自己一大家人（我妈妈也跟着我们一起去的），还有两家朋友一共13人，租了一辆15人座的Van，可谓浩浩荡荡。 因为那么多的人，我觉得“责任”重大，所以事先功课做得比较足，旅行计划做得很详细。

你看一下两个公园的地图，安排一下，也许可以少走回头路。比如在Banff，一天在Banff镇子附近，然后去Kootenay,另一天去Lake Louise附近的景点，然后去Yoho。如果在Banff的旅馆可以退一天的话，第二天住在Lake Lousie 附近比较理想，第三天去Jasper可以近一点。不过也就是半个小时的路。加拿大高速公路很好开，风景又好，来回开从不同角度多看几次也挺好。

谢谢！我偷懒，没做行程，就早就在Jasper 和Banff的Downtown各定了两天旅馆。到时候怕要走回头路了。

你准备去加拿大那部分的冰川公园吗?我还有一张表,是这次旅行每天住宿的有关情况(旅馆和露营),等晚上我找出来也贴上供你参考.美国国家公园的年票就把门票的事都包括了.加拿大国家公园也有年票,但如果你只去一到两个公园,还是进门时买票吧.
