I remember someone said he saw google alert on xiaozhan site, how did you solve the problem?

Did your hosting company solve it?  What was the problem?

I have an old client having this problem, I told them it is not a programming issue but a hosting issue (I was very conservative in programming, I didn't allow the public users to upload files such as images etc. if it is not really necessary.  In his site case, no uploading from the public users etc.)

As a matter of the fact, their hosting company requires them to report this alert directly and they will deal with it immediately.  But these clients always come to me to help because I programmed the site and hosted for them before,  But recently I helped them to transfer to a big hosting company.  They still feel like I can solve their problems all the time.
