When you eat within a time from of 4-8 hours a day, you give your digestive system rest.

You will have:

•Clarity
•More energy
•Fewer cravings

Ask your doctor before you fast


I fast one day a week (3 days every 3 months)

If you’re going to fast for 1-3 days, you’ll need these:

•B vitamins
•Electrolyte drink
•Sea Salt (Mix with Water)

Drink 2-4L daily (depending on activity)

I use a Berkey water filter for good water.

These increase insulin levels

High insulin stops fat burning (interrupts ketosis)
