寒山子，

“好个“it's me"，淆习了！:)) 最近脑袋剧木，还变老人习惯了：早睡早起” ---- 花木

回pretty ladybug: 汗颜哪。"it's me", 不合正规语法，只是口语。我为押韵凑数。
正规说法是， it is I.

早睡早起，真好！！！ 坚持啊。
昨晚十一点，我忙完，正想上网写几句，断网了。今早早起，香蕉面包都烤好了。

我改良的方子，无油无butter低糖：

350 fahrenheit degrees, 50---60 min
9x13 baking pan

ingredients:

1 cup yogurt
1 cup sour cream  ( can be replaced by yogurt)
1/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
__________________________

3.5 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts （or pecans)
2 cup mashed banana (about 6 ripe bananas)

of course, dry and wet ingredients are always mixed separately.

花之二重唱

在那起伏的艳波上
