Strange behavior

I deleted the cookies for IE.
Since then I can still see me logged in from "my space", but I need to login to the forum each time I bring up a new browser instance.

What is going on?

Seeing yourself "logged in from my space" may not mean you are actually still login the system.

1. If you didn't logout from the system, the system may still think you are there, just idling.  To test out, you could actually visit http://www.tianyaxiaozhan.com/home and see if you are prompted to login or not.

2. If you actually logout, the main page you see after that may or may not immediately reflect your status if you are visiting from the same browser session without closing.  Your browse may cache the page.  However, after you logout,  when the next visitor visit the main page, s/he will see the correct status.  To test out, presss the refresh button once or more if you think the status is not accurate.

I can write in "my space", but not allowed at the forum. I just tried this.
I have my login property set as always logged in.

I have checked this under several browsers. It seems to me that under IE 7, when the multiple windows are open, the cookie could not be removed completely. Are you using IE?

Under both Firefox and Chrome, once you removed your cookies, your login status will be invalidated immediately since all cookies were actually removed. But under IE, it seems to preserved some cookies while removing somes.

Ok, I am on IE 7 now. I would think cookies should be saved by now after a day's use. I deleted all cookies last night.

Well, I deleted the cookies again, then I logged in, stopped the browser, restarted, and it works fine now, so far.
